  • Compile, analyse and interpret information gathered
  • Recommendations with the aim to future-proof the board; based on global experience

Report

  • Draft report and initial report–back to Chairman
  • Present report at board meeting

Develop

  • Assist with implementation of development actions as per the report
  • Host workshop to address key issues and future initiatives
